Hi Douglas,

Following the call for papers the next step is to assess, select and afterwards group relevant presentations into panels to build the AIS programme.

We shall additionally receive other presentations from AF*(AFREN, ISOC Africa, AFRALO, AfPIF etc).

The google doc gives an idea on the rooming plan and the available slots for the whole programme.

PC sends their initial comments on each proposal received so that we can have an idea on whether presentations submitted are relevant, how we improve on them by providing suggestions on how these benefit the community.

We shall as a result inform the presenters about the outcome of this selection (around 7 April).

Presenters will then be requested to send their draft and final slides. PC needs to review and approve then feedback will be sent to speakers accordingly.

Please let me know if you have more questions,

Regards,

Ashil
