This is feasible only on paper.

A more realistic approach given room requirements and the fact that this
would be the first time we're trying this and that we're late would be
to split both plenary days into topic areas. i.e have slots of say 15
min up to say 30min slots and then designate groups of those slots to be
network or mobile or admin or business or ...

At that rate rather than have a distinct AfNOG or AfriNIC plenary days
we have actual AfNOG or AfriNIC plenary sessions i.e with content
specific to network operators or registry based content.

To make this work the AISPC would also need to hammer down
(agree/communicate) what is being done in the tutorial/meeting days
after the workshops. This way some of the content that we'd like covered
can be suggested to whoever is in charge. e.g a governance talk from
someone in the university during AfGWG or AfOps or ... as relevant.

In this case some of the talks that Nii has listed for example could
come as keynotes for the relevant Af* event (of course working with the
said organiser of that event).[§]

This way the AIS brand then has actual full meaning:
	-> workshops (powered/run by) AfNOG
	-> tutorials?
	-> various Af* events
	-> two main plenaries.

[§] my initial understanding of the AISPC which has been changed was
that it'd come up with themes as straightforward as security or as
interesting as rainfall and see how to ensure the various groups focus
on the said AIS theme.
