[AISPC] Programme

Hi,
I don't know who is driving this discussion, but I would like to see
some trimeframes put around our activities now.
Say:
1. End of discussions
2. Complete Programme
3. CfP broadcast date
4. Finalized Programme

I think things will move faster when there is a  sense of time.
