All,

So at this point just to start talking of the overall flow of the meeting...
Can we break down what topics/themes we would like to deal with and how much time during out of the whole event do we want to see dedicated to that topic/theme.

For example AFRINIC's PC for the past few meetings did..
1/2 day IPv6(AFOPS)
1/2 day peering and interconnection (AFOPS)
1/4 day Internet Governance (Plenary D1)
1/4 cyber security (Plenary D2)
1 day PDP (dived between Plenary D1&2)
1/2 day corporate updates (dived between D1&D2)

I think all these topics / themes should stay, we may chose to increase the time dedicated to each one based on the proposals form the CfP. We may also shift these blocks around afterwards based on over lapping parallel sessions and room availability (which I still do not have a full understanding of yet, and would like the people that did the site survey to elaborate more on, especially that we have two venues).

Can everyone else on the list dump what they think should be on that list, AFREN / AAF & other blocks that can move as a whole targeting a specific segment of the audience (or even the whole audience), then we start shuffling them around.

Just my 2 cents
Hisham
