Building a free and safe Internet

Mesdames et Messieurs

Bonjour

Salutations Cordiales

Hi all!!
+1 Olivier

I would like to suggest the translation of the documents in
french. I still think we have a big issue to address in communication
and trying to meet french people by translation can help increase
participation level in our region!

Regards!

Mamadou

That's great to hear. IF they do go ahead with the idea of setting up a survey (which I'm sure many on this and other list will be happy to assist in designing), one very effective way of getting broad-based input from the African tech community will be as follows.
Get an AU person to book a 15 minute session at each of the major IT events taking place on the continent (AFRINIC meetings, African Internet Summit, ICANN etc). During that session, the person presents the goals and then asks people to fill in the survey. From experience, they'd need both online and paper survey.
