Dear Alice,

Thanks for these documents and for bringing this up for public comments. I agree with most comments made here and would suggest these questions to be discussed in all regional and international meetings related to the ICT  where the African community can seat and discuss face to face; added to the online consultations.

I have seen face to-face meetings provide good and well informed outcomes/results. This is a personal view.

Also, may I ask if there is a deadline to these consultations?
