[rpd] removing Digest feature Re: Forum for policy discussions?

The *ONLY* reason I use digests (and especially not for the RPD mailing
list) is for high volume mailing lists that I do NOT participant in the
discussions, but just need it for references in search histories. None
of those apply to the RPD mailing list, and dare I state all the other
AfriNIC mailing lists too.

As such, I would also REQUEST that the digest feature be turned off in
the era of AI responses as it is (a) low volumes and (b) the
read/subscribers are active respondents in most cases and the confusion
will just be worsen over time given the concurrent policy issues handled
here.
