[rpd] discrimination of AFRINIC in IETF?

Hi,

I just discovered that https://www.ietf.org/meeting/planning/clash-list/ has a MUST on 4 out of 5 RIR events.

How is that possible?

Is a terrible unacceptable lack of respect towards the AFRICAN community and also the global community that IETF do such discrimination between 1 of the 5 RIRs.

Several folks are very active participants in both IETF, AFRINIC/AFNOG, and having a clash is unnaceptable.

I know IETF dates are planned 5-6 years in advance, while typically the RIR meeting only plan 1-2 years in advance, so typically this clash will not be created by IETF, but anyway, just by having such discriminatory list, is a terribly discrimination, specially when IETF is pushing as much as we can for a global participation and having more and more participants from regions that today have a lower participation.

Please correct it urgenly.
