[rpd] Whois DB part of RPD ?

Good day,

 As I’m (again) wanting to make changes similar to RIPE DB, that seems to be in need of manual/hostmaster intervention from AfriNIC, I’m wondering where do we discuss/request updates to the Whois DB’s operations and policies w.r.t. who can/should-be-able-to make what changes?


 Most of the WHOIS db manuals are like circa 2005 documentation
