[rpd] [members-discuss] AfriNIC audit data

If they can run the data through and we don't have to pay for it - sure!

I'm busy writing some additional code to get more data (and potentially
integrate with other RIR's datasets) but before I attempt integration with
other data sets I need to do some serious code optimisation, because the
AfriNIC data is *tiny* compared to something like the RIPE data set and the
code isn't optimised for processing that many objects. I'll see if I get
the time this weekend to see what else I can mine outta the data with
optimised code.

Thanks

Andrew
