[rpd] Assessment of the appeals received

This is amazing. It is the least useful possible presentation of the results and the results themselves are inconsistent.

In one appeal response, they declare that the appellant has 2 weeks after the co-chairs make the decision to lodge the appeal, and in another, they declare that it is two weeks after the date of attempted negotiation with the co-chairs after the determination.

The table presented does not include links to the relevant policy documents, nor do any of the linked appeal committee statements. A summary of the appeal results is missing from the table (there should at least be a column specifying “upheld/dismissed/other” as a result.

For the amount of time the committee used to produce these results, there is absolutely no excuse for the shoddy and slip-shot manner of their presentation, nor for the lack of consistency and poor quality of the reports themselves.
