Dear Taiwo,
Based on events recently I do not see the Board, committee or even
sometimes AFRINIC staff themselves doing anything apart from what the
board chair and co wants to do even if it's against the rules. They are out
to just achieve anything they want to achieve by twisting the rules
believing that if you disagree or point out that the rules are not being
followed they just ignore you and move on
At this point, I think the way out is to approach the courts in Mauritius
to examine the legitimacy of the so called current cochairs. If they were
legitimate. This would also mean asking the courts to determine if all
thier supposed actions and inactions are legitimate.
Let the courts look at the books of AFRINIC and determine if the right
thing has been done.
Cheers.
