Hi Mirriam,
Thanks for your email, sister :-)

...you are absolutely right that criterion J of the
published [1] eligibility criteria appears to be
sufficient to disqualify three of the four
nominations; leaving the PDWG with only one,
as easily demonstrated here [2].

...this is exactly my opinion and one of the reason
why i didn't see the need to offer, myself, to help
the PDWG in that other necessary aspect...

Thanks to have said it aloud, for all those who
quietly share the same understanding of the last
tenure of our valuable brother Darwin ;-)

Saying the same thing differently: Darwin is the
only nominee who have the support of at least
one contact of a AfriNIC's resource member in
good standing. And i know his nominator for
being seriously tough to convince...don't try
with a hidden bad faith :'-( brother, thanks for
having nominated my best actual volunteer :-)

Second!
Allow me to add that, almost all the time you see
an email from the address <pdwg-chairs at afrinic
dot net > you have a shared contribution of all the
 PDWG's Chairs, thus Darwin ;-)

The nomination of Darwin is particularly attractive
due to what Jordi has already, righly, said...in
regard to how other activities relate to the PDWG.

Some of us, surely, know that Darwin is part of
the team of volunteers involved within the global
peering community, through PeeringDB [3] and
AfPIF [4].
