[rpd] Summary of Proposal AFRINIC Number Resources Transfer Policy AFPUB-2020-GEN-006-DRAFT02

Good day all,
I am against this policy because I feel there is too much power still given
to AFRINIC in the transferral of resources. My concern is that AFRINIC may
have the tendency to ignore the approval and just impede the transfer
process. Clause 3.6 suggests in the end everything must come to AFRINIC's
approval when they do not have an authority over the resources.
