<div dir="ltr">Good day all,<br>I am against this policy because I feel there is too much power still given to AFRINIC in the transferral of resources. My concern is that AFRINIC may have the tendency to ignore the approval and just impede the transfer process. The authors also clarified that incoming transfers of legacy resources will be covered by the AFRINIC RSA as the recipient will have to become a member.</span></p>
