Hello Jordi,
I agree on your points here.
Also, if I understood correctly, Clause 3.6 of this policy will bind
non-members to the RSA, which should not be the case as number resource
transfers should be free from any commitments aside from exercising due
diligence between the member and the receiving RIR. Making a non-member
sign up for AFRINIC RSA is just accentuating a bureaucratic process and
will just incur additional payments for their dues and such. Also, this
policy did not have any thorough discussions, it just reached a rough
consensus. These, I believe, are valid objections to this policy proposal.
