Dear PDWG

The authors of the proposal Policy Proposal: PDP Working Group (WG) 
Guidelines and Procedures  submitted an updated version to the mailing 
list and the PDWG Chairs on 10 Nov 2021. 
https://lists.afrinic.net/pipermail/rpd/2021/013898.html refers.  The 
authors received an acknowledgement that   their proposal will be 
processed and published on the website.

The communication of the ID & link to the proposal on the website  was 
only done on 15 Nov 2021 to the mailing list.
