[rpd] An update from the PDWG Co-Chairs in Preparation of the Upcoming AFRINIC-34

Goodday chairs, all,
I am in agreement with Jordi here, I believe that the decision made by the
PDWG is rushed which doesn't grant the opportunity for the discussions to
take place. The ones on the PPM tomorrow may not hold any effect given then
sudden decision to close initial discussions.
