[rpd] Recall Committee appointment

Dear Policy Development Working Group,

The AFRINIC Board of Directors received a request to recall the 
Policy Development Working Group Chairs on 26 July.  The AFRINIC 
Board of Directors appointed a Recall Committee constituted of three members:

   Dr Ousmane Ly
   Mr Haitham El-Nakhal
   Dr Christian Domilongo Bope

Mr Craig Ng, General Counsel, APNIC, will be an observer to the 
Recall Committee.

The Recall Committee shall investigate the circumstances of the 
justification for the recall request and determine the outcome.  The 
Recall Committee will publish its report on the Resource Policy 
Development mailing list.
