Hi Noah ,

I am not sure if maybe we are using the same dictionary for “building” , well otherwise it seems like you are using a different one, surely it extends destruction, instead of construction . Your obsession with LARUS makes you argue everyone whom you believe is associate with LARUS, I mean it surely pushes you to even overlook the most important matters at hands . You don’t seem care much about the improvement and communication of AFRICA . Well if that was the case you’d be obsessed with what is best for African communication infrastructure, instead of always looking for someone to build your argument around . I am convinced you really don’t care about this community , just even the future of AFRICAN communication.

Regards,
Thizwilondi
