[rpd] Fwd: PDWG Co-Chairs Recall Request

+1 on the fact that the co-chairs were illegitimately elected, which is one
of the basis of the recall request. Consensus was declared based on
requirements that were nowhere stipulated under the CPM and the bylaws. The
process exists for a reason, and it has been violated by not putting the
election requirements through the proper approval channel of proposal, list
discussion and PPM vote to achieve consensus, just like any proposed policy.
