Dear All,
Given the recent activities it is evident enough to say that the current
Co-Chairs are unable to carry out their duties effectively , I agree on the
recall of the Co-Chairs . As per Term of Reference, under duties section ,
point (d) , It is evident enough to say that the Co-Chairs failed to ensure
that objections or concerns raised in a proposed policy are
adequately addressed , I reference this to point (9) made in the
attached document. For the prosperity of this community , we need to have
new Co-Chairs who are able to carry out their duties ,ensuring that all the
policy development processes are followed and they align with the CPM, the
Co-Chairs who are fully aware of proper procedures for the adoption of a
policy .
Regards,
Ishmael

Their recent actions on both the last policy meeting and the RPD list have proved their inability to effectively perform their duties to comply with the process and address the concerns expressed on certain policies.
