It does not matter what the realistic or reasonable process is in the case of an RIR which has been shown to willfully
violate its own governing documents and even willfully and deliberately violate a court order enjoining them from doing
so.

As such, IMHO, AFRINIC cannot be trusted with such power at this time, no matter what policy or other mechanisms are
put in place to allegedly prevent them from causing undue harm.
