[rpd] More confusion from Noah

This issue has been going on for a long time, and I've mentioned the
significance of having a healthy working environment several times, but for
some reason, the extremely unneeded phrases keep being used when discussing
a matter that has nothing to do with the individual himself.
Additionally, rather than hurling personal attacks and insults at each
other, the ultimate goal of this community is to discuss and communicate
our views and opinions for the progress and enhancement of the internet in
the AFRINIC region.
Finally, it goes without saying that not everyone in this community will
agree on everything. However, personal participation and respect should
always be considered no matter what and under any conditions. As a result,
and once again, let us focus more on what would be beneficial to this
community rather than what will upset someone the most.
