So besides unallocated INR.....as at now, there are INR in the global
Internet routing table which cover address space managed by AFRINIC, but
which is not allocated or assigned by AFRINIC.

AFAIK, misappropriated bogons with a bad reputation? With the problem being
the numbers being not ideal for use.

And well, hijacked addresses (both RIR and LIR) space that potentially go
without being noticed.

I know of a self proclaimed Internet researcher who spends their valuable
time tracking down some of these incidents.

I am of the view that perhaps for specifically unallocated AFRINIC bogons,
an AS0 ROA flag would come in handy and AFRINIC is very much capable.

What say you :-)?

Cheers,
Noah
