[rpd] Last Call - RPKI ROAs for Unallocated and Unassigned AFRINIC Address Space AFPUB-2019-GEN-006-DRAFT03.

Am in support of what Anthony has been pointing out. 

Cause not only is the injection of data like the AS0 into the Routing tools: Routing Database and RPKI outside the AFRINIC’s scope, we should be aware that in cases of human or machine, it is going to lead to the loss of connection. 
I don’t see how this is going to prevent hijackers from conducting or carrying out what they want to do. 
Additionally, there is no way to reach a consensus with an ideology difference. This proposal has failed in other RIR like the RIPE-NCC as a result of ideology difference and it should not be approved or implemented in the AFRINIC.
Also, we keep comparing policies and other things in the AFRINIC organization with other RIR like "LACNIC did this, APNIC did that; so AFRINIC should do this and that”.
I believe they choose to do that cause its in line with their ideology and so. 
We should focus on what works and what is best for AFRINIC, for Africa and for the improvement of the internet in the African continent. Not copy pasting.
