[rpd] Updates and Code of Conduct

In my opinion, values such as excellence, passion, and excellence are pertinent for smooth running.

But, when trust is missing, it becomes difficult for any organization or entity to function.

Consequently, in actualizing the best interest of AFRINIC, and what it means to everyone, I believe wherever anyone has erred can be resolved, and everyone can work hand in hand to ensure that the AFRINIC community grows stronger.

Regards,
Valentine.
