Thanks for your words, Chair!

...the PDWG seems to take advantage to
the times without Chairs to rebuild its
structure and common practices.

Thanks for doing that, brother!

...you are helping the PDWG in respecting
its PDP [1] contained in CPM section 3.0.

...how come that there is a need for an
exceptional measure to replace Recalled
PDWG's Chairs by *interim* ones?

to have Mr Vincent Ngundi and Mr

> Darwin da Costa complete the term of the last Co-Chairs and further

...i stand for a clear separation of the two
related issues.

Thanks, to send your congratulations to the two 'interim' PDWG's Chairs
first...

...and because the PDP [1] call them to
take function *immediately* and because
the PDWG expect to reboot with DPP-oriented
discussions before the next PPM; then
please Chair/CEO if there is an internal
need to intruct the Policy-Liaison Team
to provide the new PDWG's Chairs with
authorizations to access the tools and
materials to effectively take function...if
you have to approve internaly...be it; then
please do it so that on monday (yes
tomorrow) we can effectivelly reboot
with DPP's discussions.

Please see above, and separate the two
issues..and act rightly, according to your
prerogatives. In doing so, you will help
the PDWG to reboot the faster...any time
during the tenure of the *interim* PDWG's
Chairs you can freely decide to support the
PDWG consensus, if any, in the question of extending the mandate of their
*interim* Chairs...

...in fact, i see no issue if you want to help the PDWG to obtain something
they consensually want, but their PDP [1] prohibit/disallow...

...but no haste! There is also a section 3.6 within the CPM, even if it's
not ethical to use it to address that particular issue; but if there is a
rough consensus to do it;
why not if the PDWG's (*interim*) Chairs
accept to follow the trend of the established
consensus :-)

...but right now we need to reboot not later
than on monday...because there is a
rough consensus which renders it possible.

Thanks and blessed sunday!

Shalom,
