[rpd] Call for interest for PDWG chairs closed & Way forward

You are right Daniel. The flipping of the rules baffles me. I do know that
we need to move forward as a community but it must be done according to
laid down guidelines lest we set a dangerous precedence. In the future
these actions will be used as reference points. In the beginning the notion
was to elect candidates to complete the tenure of the recalled co-chairs
and now all of a sudden this has changed overnight to 2year and one year
tenures and asking them to agree among themselves.I can see a total
disregard for the PDP and inconsistencies. This is not healthy.
