[rpd] Call for interest for PDWG chairs closed & Way forward

Since there are two open positions, I do not think it is unusual to nominate two individuals to fill the two slots.

I do agree that it would be somewhat odd (though I can think of times when I would do it) to nominate more than n individuals where n is the number of vacancies to be filled.

I would do so in the case where I felt that multiple candidates were similarly qualified and requested my nomination believing that in general the community would benefit from the widest possible set of choices.
