[rpd] Call for interest for PDWG chairs closed & Way forward

Wijdane Goubi wijdan.goubi at gmail.com
Thu Apr 8 10:31:06 UTC 2021

Firstly, thank you Paul for being transparent about what has happened and
for genuinely explaining what led to this careless mistake.

I have refrained from speaking out about this before, so as not to make any
false claims before getting to the bottom of the situation and finding out
each party’s responsibility in the matter. Misunderstandings happen, and
the best way to handle them is to move forward.

You’ll find below my new updated form:

Full Name: Wijdane Goubi
Gender: Female
Nationality: Morocco
Country of Residence: Morocco
Physical address: 433 LOT NAJAH LASTAH TAROUDANT , MOROCCO
Organisation: faculty of science
Position: student
Email address (of Nominee): wijdan.goubi at gmail.com

==Nominator :==

As Nominator are you part of an AFRINIC Resource Member in good standing?
Yes

Full name: Paul Wollner
nic-hdl: PW16-AFRINIC
organisation: ORG-AOC1-AFRINIC
org-name: Africa on Cloud
Email Address (of Nominator): paul.wollner at africaoncloud.net

Brief Motivation:

I am nominating Wijdane Goubi for the co-chairs position since I have
witnessed her passion and interest for Internet Policy and the Policy
development process. I admire her forward thinking and I think that now is
the time to give a young leader like herself an opportunity to bring new
ideals and change to the community.

You’ll find attached both my resume and personal picture .

Best regards,
