Hi Fernando, all,
I need to, somehow, disagree here with you. And I'm sure many on the list will have bad opinions about me saying this, but I don't mind, I always speak very open and honestly.
First of all, I need to say that obviously I do not support the previous co-chairs coming back "immediately". In fact, I've been always very honest to them, in the list and in private, and tried to explain that the way they were judging consensus was wrong, so clearly, I think the recall was correct, as I already said already.
In fact, many of my proposals were clearly misjudged and unfortunately, the AC failed as well because they were looking only at what happened in the meeting (as indicated in their minutes), which is clearly wrong. This has been proved once more by the Recall. I don't think I need to explain all this again.
I fully understand that is not nice for the community having been recalled and have the option to come back in the immediate next term, however, we must recognize that they could have learnt about the wrong way they did the job and could do it right this time. I believe in second opportunities, just not sure if that should happen "immediately" or after some "resting" period.
However, one thing that worries me is if we should trust our previous co-chair or the board and I'm referring here to the fact that AK has told the community that the policies that reached consensus were sent to the board for ratification and the board and the CEO denied that. All the communication from the co-chairs and the board regarding that has never been disclosed, without any explanation about that, even if should have been done copy to the list, for a pure transparency reason.
So, please, AK, if you really think that you did right and you can do a new term without those errors and, consequently, we can trust you, this is your perfect opportunity to clarify all that by copying all those emails to the list.
Regards,
Jordi

It is unbelievable that an ex Co-Chair who has been just dismissed under
the due process by an independent committee after been involved in so
many mishandling of the PDP and unable to fit in the role to be
nominated again. It is a slap on many of PDWG members' face !
I can only read it as intent to disrupt the environment trying to force
things like that. A real debauchery to PDWG which has been trying, under
a high cost, to recover from a very bad scenario and get back on track
to do its mission.
