[rpd] Eligibility Criteria for PDWG chairs

It doesn’t really appear to me that Afrinic is working on addressing the
community’s concerns, which is a must to achieve consensus.

How is it that several objections were listed, in addition to several
unresolved issues and the policy liaison has still decided to move on with
the criteria they have set themselves albeit rewarding the same criteria
without rescinding the intention?
The community’s role, alongside the CPM is being thrown out of the window.
The principal objective of the exercise is not to find the co-chairs and
get it over with but rather reach a consensus and find the best outcome
that satisfies the community as a whole and not Afrinic itself.
I, as a community member, once again express my strong opposition to the
way Afrinic is proceeding. If it does not align with the community’s
demands, and the CPM while being enforced, it is, therefore, an illegal
process. We should learn from our problems and not make them worse by
choosing to purposely ignore them, stifling voices.
