[rpd] Eligibility Criteria for PDWG chairs

Hello,
Firstly, I am against the criteria set and I have explained my point of
view concerning some points such as C, D and G before, where I gave several
arguments supporting that these particular points should be reconsidered
because they are unjust and unfair to so many candidates. In addition, I
don’t understand how the election’s timeline is already set up when there
are still many objections and concerns raised by the community that should
be addressed first by giving effective and relevant answers, instead of
ignoring them. Accordingly, we can move further with the election’s
timeline. Moreover, we should definitely weigh the potential benefits and
losses of these current criteria, which still controversial, before setting
up the election’s timeline, as well as considering how these points are
going to affect the candidacy process and how some of them don’t align with
the core values mentioned in the CPM that drive AFRINIC and guide the
community.
Finally, besides the fact that the authority of making such decision is not
in one person’s hands, the community's opinions and concerns (all of them
not some of them) should always be taken into account when making a
decision in order to have, once again, a fair, unbiased and open working
environment .
Regards,
Wijdane
