Please think about what you are saying.... Someone who has never
participated suddenly wants to be in charge of and manage the process?
Just the learning curve....

If people could not previously attend AfriNIC meetings either in person
or remotely - then why would their position suddenly change so now they
can? Point "D" is track record. No track record is a strong indicator
that either they are very new in the industry or they never will have a
track record.
