[rpd] Eligibility Criteria for PDWG chairs

Dear Jordi,
Thank you for your mail. You are an objective person but when it comes to
your proposals you get blinded. You said it's not a plot? Do you think
these things just happen without some thinking behind it. You get bomb
shell on Friday nights and it's always a coincidence. It's a coordinated
strategy designed by uncle Accra.
You see funny interpretation and think it's just a mistake?
Okay, let the mistake continue.
I'm still observing.
