Hello all,

I still emphasize the importance of taking the path of voting as a
procedure for choosing the co-chairs.
Certainly, through an election by vote, we are going to be able to give the
chance to the community members to elect the right candidates who will be
performing and carrying out the Policy Development Working Group
administrative functions.
In addition, I believe this fair procedure will give the opportunity to
people from different backgrounds to step in and run for the position as
well as giving the right of being part of the decision-making process to as
many community members as we possibly can.
Moreover, we shall make the procedure as fair and transparent as possible
through several steps, as mentioned by Madhvi, that will ensure the
transparency and fairness of the process, such as guaranteeing that the
person voted once by checking the ID of each voter.
