Dear Mirriam,

First of all, to denigrate past co-chairs effort, which I want to remind
you is voluntary, is not correct.

I don't see how giving members the freedom and responsibility to vote for
co-chairs' elections and being a part of the decision-making process is a
negative thing. On the contrary, it is the most efficient way to enhance
members' commitment, giving them full access to express their preference.
