Hi everyone,

It's quite obvious that option 1 is the clear choice to go with as opposed
to option 2. An online election provides much more clarity and expedites
the process as opposed to the mess of voting by consensus. It's also been
proven by the past that consensus is such a tricky thing to achieve, and
could cost us time and effort.

Option 1 is the no-brainer choice.
