[rpd] Appeal Committee Response - Re: (Fwd) Appeal Committee status

Hello Mirriam,

The notion that people are utilizing the ToR as a backup to their argument
does not make sense. The simple fact still remains that the Board’s action
was not right and is against the ToR. Equally, the Board should be the ones
addressing these allegations and by the looks of things, they obviously are
not doing so. Due process should be observed and am just stating the fact
that there shouldn’t have been any Appeal Committee reconstruction in the
middle of an ongoing appeal.
I do not think that anyone is debating about replacements for resignations,
the first line of action is that the AC should first continue and finalize
their work irrespective of the shortage in the AC.
