Dear Mirriam,

It is not about hiding. Term of Reference (ToR) exists for a reason, and we
should follow what it says.
ToR 3.3.4 is very clear when it says that if an appeal is in progress at a
time when the Board considers replacement of any or all Appeal Committee
members, then the Board should delay any such replacement until there is no
appeal in progress.
The Appeal Committee should keep continuing its work and finalize its
response.
