[rpd] Criteria for Eligibility or Selection of PDWG Co-Chairs

Hi Jordi,

I repeat once again that all these criteria are basically discriminatory.
They remain too ambiguous.

Exactly how are we going to check if someone can "remain calm in the face
of provocations" BEFORE being elected? or any other sort of ability among
the endless list of "desired capabilities"?
I think we should not set any strict criteria or requirements as Afrinic is
inclusive rather than categorizing.

What does "experience in networking." mean in practice?
I want to repeat that even though the experience is valuable, we are not an
employment agency. These "requirements" have no reason to exists.
