[rpd] Missing ratification request documents

Not only that. If the Board considers that anything is missing, I still think the chairs should be able to respond that that from the perspective of their previous position, because they are not “inventing” anything, just reporting on what happened on each specific policy, before they were recalled.

 

The alternative is that the staff prepares the report and the chairs consent on it.

I agree with you on this Owen. I see no problem in the co-chairs resending the same documents, as this correspondence was shared whilst still valid office holders. This doesn't violate the PDP on the side of the past co-chairs.
