[rpd] ratified policies - something missing so they are in the agenda of the board?

Hello Jordi

I have attached the template to this email as per the request below. 

Please note that in a situation where we had two new incoming co-chairs
, to facilitate  their on-boarding &  maintain the consistency of the
ratification reports,  the template was based on a ratification report
that was shared with the AFRINIC Board by previous co-chairs. The
template therefore guides the co-chairs in implementing Section 3.4.4 of
the CPM.
