[rpd] Latest policy proposal ratification

Hi Paul

I don't ever recall any report of ratification ever been send to the
AFRINIC board as the practise involves the PDWG which is also copied via
this rpd list.

Secondly, I think you need to catchup with this rpd list archives in case
you missed the message regarding an existing disputes by members of the
working group who launched an appeal as per the PDP against the former
co-chairs decisions on one of the proposals i.e. the controversial
Inter-RIR transfer policy and its multiple last call versions that was
rushed through in violation of the PDP process.

The PDWG appealed and the appeals committees team is yet to feedback to
this body.
