[rpd] Latest policy proposal ratification

I have a question regarding this ratification thing.




>From another email I saw that the co-chair have already sent the passed policies (board prerogative and inter-RIR transfer policy ) and the summary of recommendation for ratification. But based on what you have written, it seems like they didn’t send them.




Could you clarify whether you have received the email? And also if the board has been checking the mailto:board at afrinic.net regularly?



If the co-chair have indeed sent the policies for ratification to the mailto:board at afrinic.net, they have already completed their duty. If the process has been delayed due to technicality or bureaucratic internal process, it’s AFRINIC staff and board’s duty to take care of it and proceed it. AFRINIC Ltd’s internal process should not be a matter of community discussion.

2020.  The AFRINIC Board of Directors did not receive any request for 
the ratification of a policy proposal after that date.
