[rpd] Report from Recall Committee

Dear comrade Abdulkarim,

Someone who served as cochairs and made several decisions, must know how it
works and therefore must accept decision made by other entities like the AC
or RC.

Not all steps of processes require community input in implementation even
though community put all of them in place.

There are times for us to show greatness and fair-play and contribute
positively to the history...
When we remove the personal thinking, AFRINIC and the community win.

AFRINIC. en avant!
