Mr. Abdulkarim

Please stop personalizing the PDP... there was no personal attack as I can see. The mail was sent to co-chairs.

You continue claiming that those who challenge your opinions and decisions are personally attacking you.

I consider your response below to Fernando as signed by co-chairs to not be appropriate

Dear Fernando,

Please how does this proposal benefit us as Co-chairs? Does it provide promotion, money or houses for us? We don't understand your argument here.

Please let us address issues and not personality.

Co-Chairs
PDWG

You may be missing separation between the person and the role.

Dear Arnaud,

Why are you preempting our decisions again are we the authors of the proposal?. Please address the issues and leave personalities out of this.
You need to change your approach of always attacking personalities as this mailing list has no place for such.
This is a formal and last warning to you personal attacks.

Thanks

Dear Co-chairs,

Thanks for recognizing the previous gross misconduct and making the effort to improve.

However, your approach here does not show the attitude of people who learnt something and question if you act by ignorance or simply by interest.

What problem are you trying to solve?

If you are trying to save your seat, don’t you know that the law is not retroactive?

>From your conflicted position regarding this proposal, can you just as required, allow the working group to discuss and decide on how to proceed?

There is no emergency here... please let not waste time for another unnecessary controversy.

!!!! Follow the normal process !!!!

Dear PDWG Members,
We want to acknowledge the proposal on Co-Chair Recall process and the call for us to invoke section 3.6 of the CPM given the lack of clarity of the current section on the recall process.
We note that a few have accused of not taking over similar discussions in the past and regarded it as gross misconduct.
We hope the Community would, in the next few days give us a clear direction as to which way to go. We hope to feed the Community back on our decisions by Saturday 5th December 2020.
We thank you for your understanding, cooperation and the continued trust in us.
Thanks
