[rpd] REQUEST TO RECALL THE AFRINIC PDWG CO-CHAIRS

Hi Daniel,

I'm sorry.  I agree with Murungi, Noah, Sarah, Marcus, Gregoire,
Fernando, Darwin and Alain.  And I need to look no further than the
transfer policy and abuse contact policy decisions and discussions. 
There were major concerns, trivially addressable that remained
unaddressed.  In fact, they went right ahead and *REVERSED* existing
policies that was already in place.  It is clear based on the
motivations for keeping the consensus decision that they didn't in fact
do as they said.

I'm not going to work through all 9 points that was given in support of
why they decided to let their consensus decision stand, needless to say
I disagree with all of them (at least those that was raised to support
their decision).

I categorically state that I'm not a co author or even proponent of the
opposing transfer policies, I'm just someone that firmly believes the
policy that has now been pushed through was done so in violation of due
diligence not to mention due process.

Yes, I was verbal in both discussions and didn't get my way, as you so
succinctly phrased it.  More verbal one than on the other.  On the abuse
contact we will just have to take another shot at it at a later stage,
on the transfer policy we will have to first see what the fallout will
be but I believe, as others have already pointed out, the policy is broken.

Just FYI - most of the bullying came from those against the abuse
contact policy, and the ignoring and total lack of engagement came from
the proponents of the transfer policy ... so personally I have no doubt
where the problem lies.  It's primarily this lack of engagement that has
forced many of those that has similar viewpoints as myself to take the
actions that they have.  I have no doubt in my mind that they too would
have preferred that this not be required.
