[rpd] Reversal of Consensus on Resource Transfer Policy

Hi everyone,

I think tensions are already high due to both sides not being really
responsive to each other. However, we really should be objective and try to
stay out of ad hominems. Remember that due to being culturally diverse, the
sensitivity of people vary and we must accommodate the variety of cultures
here. So you saying that it is not offensive might just be offensive to the
one you are talking to. That's the way of diplomacy. That said, I would
like to reiterate that there is no value added with this chain of messages
unless we move out of the blame game and discuss professionally the matter
at hand.

I would like to state also that's it's unfair to *derisively *say there are
two camps and said camps are just echoing themselves. That's what is
happening and it's logical since one group does not support and the other
does. Of course, there's going to be repetitive confirmations. Conversely,
don't you think that the other camp is also repetitive? But we don't bring
that up because it doesn't add value. So let's dispense with this talk and
instead engage with the proper points.

Lastly, I'd like to make it clear that I don't support the appeal for all
the reasons listed above, the previous emails, and "echoed" by those I have
the same views with. Do accept that.
